Honey isn't just great for putting a buzz in to your breakfast by spreading on toast or simply eating with a spoon straight out of the jar, it's also used in many great recipes too.
It can add a subtle flavour to casseroles, sauces, dressings and is a well-known substitute where sugar is needed. It also gives a fabulous and distinctive caramelised flavour to barbecued meat (we LOVE our summer barbecues here at Haughton Honey!). Some well-known chefs even use Haughton Honey for curing meat, fish and game as well as for serving up some perfect puddings.
