Fried Honey Bananaspudding

To quote a friend: I don’t eat desserts. Except when I do.
The only ingredients in this pudding are banana, honey, olive oil, and cinnamon. All health beneficial and crispy-yummy. They’re amazing by themselves or give a nice upgrade sprinkled over french toast.
- Lightly drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water. Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana.
- Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Notes for the cook: if you have a fan-assisted oven then reduce the specified temperature in the recipe by about 15% ~ 1 teaspoon = 5ml and 1 tablespoon = 15ml ~ some ingredients are measured in cups and some equivalents are; 150g, 6oz (1/2 cup) = 120ml, 4fl oz
